In case you missed it on the socials, I have recently decided (as in yesterday, Monday, June 17th) to post my workouts live on my Facebook page Thrive with Katelynn Tamiel.
This was a spur of the moment decision, as with the busyness of the past two months (if you missed it, check out this blog post), I have been finding it difficult to stick to a consistent workout routine. It was also inspired by a friend, who committed to doing a 21-day workout program and to hold herself accountable, has been sending me daily snaps after her workouts.
I also figured, that without a doubt, "I am not the only one struggling right now.", and that it would be a great opportunity to not only share my workouts live, but to hopefully encourage/motivate/inspire (whatever word you want to use) you to get moving as well.
The goal? Just get up and move for x amount of time daily. That. Is. My. Only. Goal. Period.
It is important for overall health (physically, mentally, emotionally), to squeeze in some regular exercise and right now, that's what's most important. I can define and get back to my goals a little bit further down the road once I have been working out consistently for a little while.
So why not join me in on this!? Not only do you get to see me struggle, sweat, groan, get fatigued, but you will also rejoice in that you are also building a consistent routine and will probably feel better too! Can I also say, making friends is also fun!?
