This shake is so nutrient-dense that I don't even know where to start. It's rich in B vitamins (meeting B12 RDA targets), calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, and manganese, to name a few. It is also rich in omega fatty acids exceeding the RDA for Omega-3s and is rich in Omega-6 as well and is packed full of protein.

Ingredients
1 cup plant-based milk
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon wow butter (for nut-free) or peanut butter
1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 dates
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of ice
1/2 water (optional)
1 teaspoon matcha powder (optional)
Directions
Throw everything into a blender and process until smooth!
