Ingredients
1 package (250g) tempeh
1/4 cup of onion, chopped
4 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp sage
2 tsp rosemary
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp soy sauce
Directions
In a food processor, process tempeh until broken down.
Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
Using 1/3 cup, scoop the batter and form into patties
Cook over the stove using a fry pan.
